Heated Pool Bliss

Perfect Breakfast Spot

We grabbed breakfast at the nearby Grandma Shield Bakery, which was just a short walk away. The pastries were fresh and delicious, definitely setting a lovely tone for our days ahead. It was a treat to have such a great dining option so close!

Easy Parking Access

The underground parking facility was a great convenience. It offers secure parking at no extra charge, which made our stay hassle-free. Although navigating the lot can be a bit tricky, it was comforting knowing our vehicle was safe right under the building.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the location is fantastic with beautiful sea views, but the dated facilities and issues with noise from other guests detracted from our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but for the price of 420 AU per night, I expected more in terms of amenities and a better overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort, enjoying the absolute beautiful location right across from the beach. The ocean view was stunning, and even though the apartment could use a little updating, it was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. The indoor pool and gym were nice additions, but a bit more attention to the tennis courts would have been great. Overall, it's a lovely place for a winter retreat and offers great value considering its proximity to everything Lorne has to offer.

My stay at Cumberland Lorne Resort was overall pretty enjoyable, especially with the beautiful ocean view from our spacious apartment. The location was absolutely perfect, right across from the beach and in walking distance to cafes and shops. However, I did face some discomfort due to the draftiness in the apartment, and the mattress could definitely use an upgrade. Still, the amenities like the indoor pool and tennis court were a big plus, making it a worthwhile experience.
